Is it necessary to continue paying the self-employed quota while receiving the benefit ?

No. Although this period is understood as quoted, it is the Administration that is responsible for paying the self-employed worker's contribution.

7. Is the benefit for cessation of activity incompatible with other benefits?

Yes. This is indicated in section 2 of article 17 of Royal Decree-Law , of March 17.

8. Which entities are managers of this benefit?

The management of the benefit for cessation of activity will correspond to the mutual Australia WhatsApp Number List with which the self-employed worker has formalized the adhesion document.

9. Without the application for the benefit for cessation of activity, is the self-employed person obliged to continue paying the self-employed fee?



Yes. If, due to non-compliance with the conditions, the cessation of the activity is not requested, the self-employed person will have to continue paying the fee.

The Royal Decree-Law leaves numerous important issues in the air, such as how to prove the reduction in income, which is difficult in the case of self-employed in modules, the documentation to be provided in the application procedure or if it is lost or not the bonus to the flat rate when the activity is resumed.
